Guy of the Bus

Guy Augustin Marie Jean de Pérusse of the Bus , known as Guy of the Bus , is a writer born the May 6th 1911 with Paris and deceased the December 21st 1993 with Paris. It is buried with the cemetery of Hautefort in the Dordogne.

Birth and family

Resulting from the French aristocracy, he is the son of François de Pérusse, duke of the Bus 1875-1941 and Marie Thérèsa Edwards 1879-1941.

Guy of the Bus contracted three alliances:

on April 18th, 1934, it marries with Nancy, Mary Vilgrain (1914-2004) which it divorces in 1938.
on February 19th, 1942 it marries with Nice, Jacqueline Jourdan (1922), citizen Monegasque, which it divorces in 1946 after having had a son: Jean of the Bus, in 1943, journalist and author specialized in the historical works.
on May 12th, 1947, it marries in Paris, Marthe Claquin 1912-1999, known under the name of Marta Labarr, opera singer and dramatic.

Career

Guy of the Bus made his studies at the Jésuites where it enters at the 7 years age, it comes out from it only to 16. Meanwhile, it is returned six times. Its Masters say of him " Brilliance raises, but bad esprit" (see external Bonds: Video). At 19 years, it leaves for the Chile to put an end to a gallant adventure and, at the time of its return in France, it writes a light comedy the Croisière for Ladies alone . He embraces the career of journalism then, at 28 years, he is editor association of the " Jour".

Lieutenant of infantry, it receives the Military Cross for his control with the face. After the defeat of 1940, it is withdrawn in the South when it writes to its first novel the officer without name , a book of war. He wrote many novels which had a great success of which Impure the , Rough the , the Lady of the circus , the Castle of the clown , Prostitutes , the Forger , Envoûteuse , Retributive the , the Intermediary , Cursed the .

In 1962, he is elected director of the Academy of Maine. In 1974, it published an account in the autobiographical form of confession, with diffusion definitely more confidential undoubtedly but not stripped of documentary interest, under the title I dare .

Guy of the Bus was also large in love with arts of the circus. Some critical arts persons one called " Guy of Gares".
