Guy Warp end
Guy Penne is a French political personality, born the June 9th 1925.
Former president of UNEF, he became professor d' Université and department head of the health care center of the Faculty of dental surgery.
Near to François Mitterrand, he was his adviser for the African businesses of 1981 to 1986. He was elected senator representing French established out of France the September 28th 1986, re-elected the September 24th 1995. Its mandate finished the September 30th 2004.
It was one of the close relations associated maconnic with François Mitterrand.
