Guy Ryder
Guy Bernard Ryder is a Syndicaliste Britannique born the January 3rd 1956 with Liverpool, elected at the position of secretary general of the international Trade-union confederation (CSI) in November 2006.
Of 1981 with 1985, it occupies a station of assistant at the international department of the Trades Union Congress with London, then of 1985 with 1988, of Secretary to the section industry of the International federation of the employees, technicians and frameworks (FIET) with Geneva. In 1988, it integrates the international Confédération of the free trade unions (CISL), first of all as a directing assistant editor then of the Office of Geneva, for then in becoming starting from 1998, the General secretary. It occupies this function until the dissolution of the CISL and creation of the CSI in November 2006.
