Guy Andre

Guy André (born the November 17th 1959) is the deputy bloquist with the House of Commons of Canada in the cirsconscription of Berthier-Maskinongé. He is initially elected in 2004. He is welfare worker and resides at Point-of-Lake. He is also the father of 2 children. Guy André illustrated himself especially by using the tax term “10kilibre” by mentioning the Fiscal imbalance with the preserving government of Stephen Harper.
