Gustave Wappers , Belgian painter born the August 23rd 1803 with Antwerpen (?), dead the December 6th 1874 with Paris. It signed in particular the fabric Épisode of the days of September 1830 currently held by the royal Musées of the Art schools of Belgium to Brussels.
