Louis Gabriel Gustave Moynier , (born the September 21st 1826 and dead the August 21st 1910 with Geneva) is a lawyer Suisse.

It was between 1864 and 1910 the president of the International committee of the Red Cross which it founded with Henry Dunant, the general Dufour, the doctors Louis Appia and Theodore Maunoir.

In 1873, it founds (with Gustave Rolin-Jaequemyns) the Institut of international law (which is born with Ghent).
