Gusenbauer government

The government of Alfred Gusenbauer is the Federal government Austrian in function since January 11th, 2007 and formed following the legislative elections of the 1 {{er}} previous October. It is a government of great coalition supported by the two parties of mass, the social democrat Parti (SPÖ) and the Popular party (ÖVP), and directed by the president of the SPÖ, Alfred Gusenbauer. It is composed with parity of seven social democrats, of which the chancellor, and seven Christian-Democrats.
