This basic training was accompanied by revolutionary a enough style of operation for the time, the self-discipline. This system was not perfect, with a too important weight undoubtedly of “old hand” and their batch of hazings, but it made it possible to the young people to open out and to rub with realities of the professional life and personal in an original way.
