Gull the Franklin one
The Mouette Franklin ( Larus pipixcan ) is a species of small gull, frequent in North America which migrates, in winter, until the the Antilles and in South America (Peru and Chile).
It is sometimes observed in winter, Western Europe (11 observations in France, of 1978 to 1997, in North, the Pas-de-Calais, the Sum, the English Channel, Finistere, Morbihan, the Maine-et-Loire, Charente-Maritime, Moors and the Rhone) and until in Israel.
