Guizmo

Guizmo , of its true name Cyril Célestin , is author, type-setter, guitarist and singer of the group Tryo.

Born the April 11th 1972 with Paris in 14th, it grows with Cachan in city HLM. As from 14 years he hesitates between the music and the school, which he will leave before the vat. He meets Manu Eveno in 1991 and both integrate its first group of scene, Me Panada, of inspiration reggae rock'n'roll and funk, he will play there during 5 years.

In 1995, he is conscientious objector to the MJC of Fresne and meets there Christophe Mali which proposes to him, like in Manu, a role in his musical comedy “History of piano” Co-written with Maïa Rubinstein. This meeting will give rise to the group Tryo.

In 2005, the Tryo group makes a pause, that Guizmo makes profitable to take part in other projects which are due to him in heart. It takes part in the collective Desert Rebel, a project of musical cultural meeting around the Tuareg guitarist Abdallah Ag Oumbadougou, and leaves to Niger in March to take part in the turning and the recording of this project of equitable culture. It also takes part in the group Pause as a singer, author and a type-setter.
