Guilty GEAR
Guilty Gear is a series of plays of combat developed by Daisuke Ishiwatari like Arc System Works and published by Sega-Sammy.
History
Left in 1998 on the console PlayStation, the first episode of the series, simply named Guilty Gear , did not succeed in making movement, even if it had been very received by criticisms. It is only starting from the second episode, Guilty Gear X , left on Dreamcast in 2000 that the series was really made know. Guilty Gear X introduced new elements of gameplay and graphics of high-resolution, like several new characters. It accepted also a graphic update and a complete revision of its mechanics in 2003, being called simply Guilty Gear X 1.5 . This version is always exclusive with the Japan. The third episode, Guilty GEAR XX: The Midnight Carnival ( Guilty GEAR X2 in North America and Europe), left in 2002, added several modes of play, 4 new characters while improving largely graphics and mechanics of plays. It was the first episode to receive an update ( Guilty Gear XX Reload ), which introduced another character and of the rearrangement on the equality of the power of the characters. A second update left in 2005 to the Japan only, named Guilty Gear XX Slash , which introduced two other characters and other updates on the characters existing.
Several plays except continuity are left on several consoles since, more notable among them being Guilty GEAR Isuka , version with 4 players which introduced several new characters with the series (including one playable), a mode Boost which is a version Beat them all of the play and several other modes of plays. However, the play was not very received by the critics and the fans of the play, especially due to changes in the mechanics of the play whose majority of the fans did not succeed in assimilating, in particular the addition of a button turn making it possible to turn over its character what increases the possibilities of the character in an exponential way (use of the back dash like dash for Potemkim, urgent air back dash->turn to take the adversary of back etc).
The series with also have several portable titles on several consoles, including the WonderSwan Color, the Game Boy Advance, the Nintendo DS, the Portable PlayStation and even on mobile phones. Of these portable titles, seulements 3 was announced for an exit out of the Japan, Guilty Gear Dust Strikers (Nintendo DS), Guilty Gear X: Advance Edition (Game Boy Advance) and Guilty GEAR Judgment (Portable PlayStation), that Ci is still in production). The other portable titles are Guilty Gear Small and its continuation, Guilty Gear Small 2 (WonderSwan Color), Guilty Gear XX #Reload (PlayStation Portable) and Guilty Gear Club (mobile phones).
