Guilbault-Thérien
Guilbault-Thérien is a house of Organ builder located at the Quebec and founded in 1946 by Maurice Guilbault and Antonio Delage. At its beginning, the Company bore the name of Organ Providence. In 1968, Guy Thérien joint with the team. Ten years later, is in 1978, the name of the Company changes for Guilbault-Thérien. In addition to restoring several instruments, Guilbaut-Thérien signs more than 48 instruments to the Canada and the the United States. A great esthetic freedom makes it possible the factor to manufacture instruments with motor traction or electropneumatic, and of tradition Baroque or Romantique. In 2001, after the death of Guy Thérien, the company undergoes a deceleration and a reorganization. In 2004, it takes again its activities systematically.
