History
The Guide of the 100 best restaurants of France is a new gastronomical guide whose first edition is appeared in June 2007.He dissociates guides traditional while detailing in a particularly precise way, with much of information and anecdotes, as much culinary, than historical or " people" , a tightened selection of the 100 French restaurants being considered by the authors, Rougier and Ribaud, like best of France.
The gastronomical guide
The guide wants to be to be a gastronomical Guide informing in a way detailed on the 100 best restaurants of France, in order to make it possible to the reader to choose the restaurant which is appropriate to him ideally according to the evening that it wishes to organize. For that, it draws up the portraits of restaurants on 4 full pages make it possible to make them discover in a new and particularly intimate way, with mischievousness and poetry. It thus evaluates each restaurant on five criteria (with a note on 100 and one dedicated heading):- food (quality and originality of the mets)

- the decoration/environment and
- the quality ratio/price (tariffs and details for all the menus)

An interactive interface placed at the disposal on the official site and allows the reader, with the liking of his mood and its desires, to establish its own classification of the 100 best restaurants of France. It will thus find the restaurant ideal for a specific event (romantic private conversation, meal with its family, meeting of amateurs of enology, lunch with its owner and of the customers).
