Guaymas
Guaymas , officially called Guaymas de Zaragoza is a port city of the State of Sonora located at the North-West of the Mexico, more precisely with 27°58 ′ northern and 110°58 western ′. Guaymas is on a small bay of the Golfe of California, not far from the mouth of Río Yaqui, in the south of Hermosillo (the capital), and of the town of Obregón. Guaymas is also the administrative center of the municipality which bears the same name.
Guaymas is one of the largest producer of Crevette S of Mexico. It produced formerly many Huître S, but the Pollution and Surpêche largely decreased the oyster population.
Since 1888, Guaymas organizes each Printemps a Carnaval close to the coasts.
