Guaracha

The Guaracha is a Musical genre born with Cuba at the 18th century in the houses from assignment, forms song of satirical topicality and Burlesque for chorus S and soloist ( córo-pregón ) and of the words (often satirical) impromptu. (rate/rhythm 3/4, 6/8 or 2/4).
In Andalusia, the guaracha will give rise to the Rumba flamenca (or rumba gitana ).
Guaracha is also the name of an imaginary Republic of South America, close to the Palombie, in the adventures of Spirou and Fantasio.
