Guadalhorce
The Guadalhorce is a Fleuve south-east of the Spain, crossing mainly the Province of Málaga (Spain).
The 166 km long river with an annual throughput of 8 m ³ /seconde, takes its source with the foot of the Sierra of Alhama, being located in the Grenade, runs along Antequera and emerges in the west of the town of Málaga.
It provides electricity and water at the town of Málaga through the hydroelectric stations of Gobantes, Paredones, Gaitanejo and El Chorro, a new power station is in construction with its mouth.
The Cliffs Gaitanes, considered Natural park, is a Canyon 7 km length which separates the small valley from Málaga and the anfractuosity of Antequera. This area names Valle del Guadalhorce and constitutes a Comarque several municipalities.
