Gthumb

gThumb is a Visionneuse of images Open-source for the graphic Environnement GNOME diffused under public License general GNU. It was based in the beginning on GQView and is conceived to have a simple and clean interface.

Capacities

gThumb makes it possible to seek images in your hard drive, to organize and see the images as a catalog or to see them like a panorama. Files and catalogs can be recorded like favorites and the comments can be added to the images.

Many basic capacities of edition of images are include, like rotation, the redimension and of the filters of adjustment of saturations and contrast.

gThumb little to export albums directed WEB with various graphic topics. These topics can be updated on a Web site, offering a very simple mechanism of publication of collections of photographs on the Web.

gThumb also included many basic functionalities essential with any viewer of image like copying it, moving, to remove or duplicate images, to print, zoomer, to convert in other formats and finally, the renaming of group.
