The group Zouari is one of the private independent groups Tunisia NS present in BTP and the Industrie. Founded in 1984 by Hafedh Zouari starting from a distributive firm of spare parts, it diversified in the die of industry, the BTP, the Télécommunications and the Immobilier.

This group is composed of the following companies:

• BOMAR: company of tilings specialized in the full-course tiling
• Ets Zouari & Co: sale of spare parts of tractors
• Immobilier Agrees: company activates in the real sector
• Promed: property developer created in 1994
• Shams Telecom: distributive firm of cellphones of mark Hyundai and Importation and marketing of Computer material created in 2006
• Maghrebian Company of surface transport (SMTT): 1st person receiving benefits of transport of Fuel in Tunisia (35% of the Tunisian market)
• Tunisian Company of distribution (SOTUDIS): company created in 2003, responsible for the sale of materials of the BTP like lifting trucks and concessionary of large world marks in this field such as Hyundai, Cifa, Amman, Clarck, etc
