Groupe LDLC.com is a company of sale of data-processing components via internet.
First entering in France on this market, it seizes opportunities on a market still emerging and continues quickly as a significant actor of the French e-business.
Presentation
In 1996, Laurent of Clergerie, young Lyons engineer, created LDLC.com (its initial) thanks to its profits in a hunting for the treasure organized by Paris-Match. Its ambition: to allow the Net surfers to easily find and advantageous conditions of the data-processing components of quality.Helped of his/her Olivier brother as well as his sister Caroline, and joined by two associated, they develop a flourishing family company together.
The company changes little by little to give birth to the LDLC.com group made up of various sites and services ancillary with the principal activity of the group: on-line of computer materials and multi-media sale.
In September 2006, a data-processing super-blind LDLC.com was open in the 15 {{E}} district of Paris, in France.

- 1998: Opening of the 1st showroom in Lyon (window of the site and head office)
- 1999: Increase and reinforcement of the notoriety of LDLC.com: 50.000 visits, 12.000 subscribers
- 2000: Free launch, creation of Aideonline.com, acquisition of HardWare.fr, acquisition of a holding of 35% of the actions of GameAmp (GameKult.com), scission of the shop and the head office
- 2001: 1st benefit for LDLC.com, launching of LDLC-Pro.com, relooking of the LDLC.com site, creation of Textorm
- 2002: Acquisition of a holding (40%) by HardWare.fr of Mr Prix, new version of the site of Textorm and Aideonline.com. Opening of LDLC.com versions Belgian and Switzerland
- 2003: Removal of the head office, recasting of the site of GameKult, delocalization of part of stock, transfer of the titles of Mr Prix, increase in the participation in GameAmp (www.gamekult.com) in 49%
- 2004: Inauguration of the new Lyons shop with Vaise, creation of DLP-Connect
- 2005: Delocalization of the logistic platform with Saint-Quentin-Fallavier (Isere),
