Gro Harlem Brundtland
Under the pressure of the the United States, the Safety advice of UNO voted the November 8th 2002 unanimously a resolution asking for disarmament of the Iraq.
Iraq accepted the resolution the November 13rd 2002 and a team of inspectors under the direction of Hans Blix and Mohamed El Baradei arrived at Baghdad after four years of absence.
