Grill

A grill is a piece of roasted Viande, in particular of Bœuf, Porc or Mouton.
One normally uses for that the most tender pieces, often a little fatty, of the meat, the other pieces unpleasantly hard being thus prepared. For this reason, the meat of grill, in particular of ox, is often expensive.
The meat can be roasted, for example, on a Gril or a Barbecue.
