Grigori Tchoukhraï
The Russian Réalisateur Grigori Tchoukhraï acquired a world notoriety with its film the Ballade of the soldier (1960).
BIOGRAPHY
Grigori Naoumovitch Tchoukhraï was born on May 23rd, 1921 in Melitopol (Ukraine) and deceased in 2001. In 1952, it obtains its diploma of the National institute of cinema (VGIK). It enters in Mosfilm where it works like realizer as from 1953. From 1966 to 1970, it is professor there. In 1981, It obtained the title of: Artist of the people of the Soviet Union.
