It is one of the most expensive schools of Great Britain: the complete price for one school year is of approximately 21 000 pounds sterling, or 30 000 euros. Approximately ten percent of the pupils (included there the Holt Scholars ) receive a species of financial aid.

This school was founded in 1555 par.In 1905, the main thing George Howson designed the new buildings of the school, which improved housing of the pupils.
