Greater Arab Free Trade Area
GAFTA , Greater Arab Free Trade Area , in French Great zone Arab of free trade , is a pact of the Arab Ligue into force since January 1st 2005, in project since 1997. It aims at achieving an Arab free exchange zone able to be in competition internationally. 17 of the 22 countries of the Arab League signed the pact with Amman in 1997.
