Grazing calf

A grazing calf is a young bovine or a young person Ovin raised by his/her mother whom it accompanies with the Pâturage.

It is nourished mainly maternal Lait, but also of grass which it grazes and can receive a complementary ration. The grazing calf is cut down towards 9 to 12 months and provides a Viande dew.
