Grayson Perry

Grayson Perry is an artist plastics technician and British Céramiste.

Born with Chelmsford (Essex), he studies with the King Edward VI Grammar School then he learns art with the Portsmouth Polytechnic , where he specializes quickly in the pottery and ceramics.

Ceramics of Perry is of form traditional and is decorated in a coloured way. Their specificity primarily resides by the topics approached the such sexual abuse, death or sadomasochism (well far from the traditional topics traditionally attached to the support). These works are crowned Prix Turner in 2003.
