Graydon Creed

Graydon Creed is a fictitious character created by Marvel Comics (Scott Lobdell), appeared for the first time in X-Men #298 .

Origin

Under the features of spy Leni Zauber, the métamorphe Mystique allured the assassin Victor Creed (later known under the name of Dents of Saber) during the Cold war. From this union was born Graydon. Mystic placed it in orphanage but kept an eye on him lasting all his youth.

When he discovered that he was the son of two mutants, he tested an immense hatred against the race of his parents.

He tried first once to kill his father, under the identity of the Powerful orator ( Sabretooth #1-4 ).

At the adulthood, it created the Friends of Humanity, a political group being opposed to the civic rights of the mutants, and secretly causing attacks against the sympathizers of the mutants. It based its policy on the principal danger transferring, Magneto.

It belonged to the Parvenus, a group of rich person idle players, controlled by the Maître of Play.

During an official reception where it aimed at the White House, it was cut down by an assassin ( X-Factor #130 ).

One learned from the years later that it is his/her own mother, Mystique, who killed it. The Friends of Humanity had indeed attacked wildly Trevor Chase, the grandson of Destinée, the friend of Mystic.
