Grauwacke

The grauwacke is a Sedimentary rock detrital green of origin marine, made up of angular grains, size ranging between 60 µm and 2 mm, of Feldspath, quartz and remains of other rocks, cemented by a binder Argile ux rich in Chlorite and slightly metamorphized.

It was a very appreciated material of the Égyptiens.
