Sailing ship (Sailplane) remote control (RC) of the German company (Johannes) Graupner, manufacturer of small-scale models radio controls. It is about a sailplane delivers in kit. Of a scale of 250 cm, it is primarily carried out starting from balsa, its structure is one of lightest in its category. The wings nervurees attachent/se are detached in the medium (for transport). It is a model left in the Seventies and which is not any more markets. Not to confuse with a model of the same mark out of smaller plastic/fiber and standard ARF (almost ready to fly) motorizes. Mosquito can be motorizes with a thermal engine mount (has to fix on the wings) or electric (engine of the class Mabuchi 540 or Jumbo) cabin in the fuselage as well as an accumulator 5-7 NimH elements. Today, a direct Brushless motorization + Lipo would be advantageous in flight and would facilitate the electric/nonelectric change. One finds it on ebay between 25 and 90 Eur according to the state and the equipment. With more than 120 Eur in version has to go up in its box of origin. One hardly does not find a product similar on the market, the time of concerning assembly a passion more than of a hobby…
