Grass and aromatics of kitchen

The grass and aromatics of kitchen are grasses or other substances, generally vegetable, used to give Goût and Arôme to food. The grasses and the other substances are sometimes employed in a natural state and sometimes after a treatment such as for example the Torréfaction.
