Grace-Berleur

Grace-Berleur (in Walloon Gråce-Bierleu , locally marked Grace-Bièrleû ) is a section of the common Belgian of Grace-Hollogne located in Walloon region in the Province of Liege.

It was a commune with whole share before the fusion of the communes of 1970.

With (collective - etum deformed in - or ) the Berle S, Ombellifère S (Celtic *berl , Latin berula ), or with cress (Gallic and low Latin berula , French berle ).

History

The commune was created in 1846 during the dismemberment of the commune of Grace-Montegnée.

It is in this commune that took place the bloody incident which hastened the epilog of the royal Question: the Shooting of Grace-Berleur.
