1947

November 19th: Fall of the Gouvernement Paul Ramadier (2).
November 24th: Beginning of the government Robert Schuman (1) president of the Council. It is a government of “Third Force” gathering SFIO (socialist), MRP (gaullists) and the radicals.
In November and December: insurrectionary strikes in all France.

1948

January 25th: Devaluation of the French franc and blocking of the tickets.
In April, new wave of strikes.
July 19th: Fall of the government Robert Schuman (1) .
July 26th: Beginning of the Government Andre Marie, until August 28th.
