The Gouvernement Houphouët-Boigny 4 of the January 21st 1966 is the fourth of the First Republic. It lasted that approximately 21 month and will be replaced by the Gouvernement Houphouët-Boigny (5) of February 15th, 1968. It was composed of 17 members, all members of PDCI-RDA
