Governed Saulnier de Saint-Jouan, archivist and Breton historian, born with Paris on March 28th, 1921, deceased with the Bequeathed, in Plérin, on August 29th, 2005.

Biography

After secondary studies in Saint-Louis de Gonzague and Bossuet with Paris, then with the Villa Midsummer's Day with Freiburg, it obtains its baccalaureat of mathematics and philosophy. Volunteer in 1944, it integrates the École of the Charters into the release and in 1949 its thesis on Family name in Béarn and its origins supports. Become Archivist paleographer and graduate of the School of the High Studies, it is successively named archivist as a chief of the Vendée (1950-1957) then directing of the services of files of Coast-of-North (1957-1981) and conservative of Antiquities and Objet d'art of Coast-of-North (1960-1963). He collaborated in the review of the Société of emulation of the Vendée and in that of the Société of emulation of Coast-of-North and was interested particularly in onomastics, philology and mathematics. He is the author of a theory on the whole points, not published.
