Gourgane
The gourgane is a Fève kind Vicia faba with the taste characteristic coming from the area of the Saguenay-Lake-Saint-Jean to the Quebec.
In addition, there exists a festival with its name. This last takes place each summer with Albanel, a village with the Lake Midsummer's Day. The festival lasts 4 days and proceeds during the last end of the week of July.
