Goukouni Oueddei

Goukouni Oueddei (born in 1944), is a Chadian politician.

He was president of the republic twice: March 23rd 1979 - April 29th 1979 and September 3rd 1979 - June 7th 1982. It animates the GUNT, government of the opposition to Habré throughout the Eighties, then takes refuge in Algiers in 1987.
