Gottlob Frick

Gottlob Frick was a low German (born the July 28th 1906 with Ölbronn - died the August 18th 1994 with Mühlacker), singer of opera above all. Junior by a family of 13 children, his voice an exceptional depth is discovered very early. The career of Gottlob Frick, which will last until worms end of the year 70, was one of most brilliant of all the low ones of the 20th century.

Gottlob Frick had a rocky, major, flexible voice and " noire" who made the " of it; méchant" more asked Germanic repertory ( Hagen in the Twilight of the gods, Hunding in the Valkyrie, Kaspar in Der Freischütz, Osmin in Removal with the seraglio…), but also, because of its capacity to express kindness and softness, one of its " gentils" most famous ( Sarastro in the Magic Flute, Gurnemanz in Parsifal…).
