Goose flesh

The goose flesh is a reaction of the Organisme vis-a-vis certain situations like the Froid and (at least in literature and in the popular expressions) the Peur.

More precisely, it is the phenomenon of the horripilation (erection of the hairs) which creates this mechanism of the organization, of which the goal is to help the body to fight against the cold.
