The source of Goorloop is located at the south-east of Mierlo in the small natural zone of Sang in Goorkens . While leaving this reserve, it receives the Vleutloop , which is also born close from there. Goorloop runs towards north, it passes under the Canal of Eindhoven then between Helmond and Stiphout. Between Lieshout and Aarle-Rixtel, it crosses the Canal Wilhelmine, before passing to the west of Beek in Donk.
