Google Browser Sync

Google Browser Sync is a extension for Firefox allowing any user having a Compte Google to synchronize various information of the navigator (of which certain preferences) between several computers connected to Internet. This extension was launched the June 8th 2006 on the site Google Labs, and is for the moment available that in beta release. Concretely this extension makes it possible to the user to record on his Google account following information: cookies, passwords, mark-pages, historical of navigation, windows and open miters.

For safety reasons, the data can be quantified using an alphanumeric code PINE what in theory makes impossible the reading of these data to any other person (even Google). The passwords and the cookies as for them are always quantified.

Currently, the extension functions only with the versions of Firefox higher than 1.5.
