Gonosome
One calls gonosome or heterochromosome or allosome or sexual chromosome , each Chromosome S which determines the sex.
At the human ones, it acts at the woman of a pair of X chromosomes, at the man of an X chromosome and a Y chromosome. The remaining chromosomes are called homologous chromosomes or autosomes . In the somatic cells, there are of them 22 pairs, numbered 1 with 22.
