Gold camera
The Caméra of gold of the Cannes festival is a cinematographic price which was created in 1978 by Gilles Jacob to encourage young artists with the promising talent. It rewards best first film for all the sections: Official selection (competition and a Certain Glance), About fifteen the realizers and the Week of criticism. This price, established by an independent jury, is given at the time of the closing ceremony of the festival
