Goh Kun
Goh Kun (in Hangeul: 고건) is a South Korean politician born the January 2nd 1938 with Seoul. Goh Kun was Prime Minister twice and chair by interim at the time of the political crisis of 2004.
Goh is named mayor of Seoul in 1988 and remains in place during two years. He is Prime Minister of Kim Young-Sam of 1997 until the defeat of Kim and his replacement by Kim Dae-jung. In 1999, Goh is elected mayor of Seoul and the February 27th 2003, the new president Roh Moo-hyun appoints it Prime Minister.
Between the March 12th and the May 14th 2004, Goh replaces the president Roh Moo-hyun at the time of her desitution and this until the restoration of the constitutional order by the Constitutional court on May 14th. Goh becomes again then Prime Minister. But on May 24th, it presents its resignation after having refused a cabinet reshuffle requested by president Roh.
