Godescalc
Godescalc (Gotefcalque), bishop of the Puy-en-Velay, famous to be themselves returned in 950 or 951 with Saint-Jacques-with-Compostelle, and to have created what was to become a road of Pèlerinage to the Moyen-âge.
Of its voyage in Spain, it brings back manuscripts which it made copy, of which in particular a De Virginitate (the current Latin manuscript 2855 of the National library of France). It in particular made build the sanctuary of Michel saint of Aiguilhe, of inspiration Mozarab (polylobée frontage).
