Gocé Deltchev
Gueorgui Nikolov Deltchev (in Bulgarian and Macedonian bg ГеоргиНиколовДелчев) (January 23rd 1872/February 4th, 1872 with Koukouche (auj. Kilkís) - April 20th 1903/May 4th, 1903 with Banitza (auj. Karié), called Gocé Deltchev (ГоцеДелчев), was a revolutionist of Macedonia.
Born with Koukouche in the Aegean Macedonia (formerly in the Ottoman Empire, today in Greece), it made its primary studies in its birthplace before following secondary studies to Salonique while specializing in sciences, literature and social questions. It developed, later on, its interest for the scientific disciplines with the military academy of Salonique. It acquired in this city an impressive quantity of information about the Macedonians national questions. Its active role in the club policies in Salonique and Sofia like its close contacts with other clubs - more particularly with the socialist clubs and the " Lozari" (Vine growers) of Sofia, contributed to the formation of sound profiles of revolutionist.
