Goal
In several collective sports like the Football, the Hockey and the Handball, the goal is a space vertical and delimited plan that the balloon or the metal disc must cross so that a point is marked by one of the teams. The goal is also the name given to the action it even.
Dimensions of the goal varies according to the sports. Nets are generally tended behind the posts materializing the edges of the goal, to retain the balloon.
In Baseball, the term of " but" is often used in French to translate the English term of " base". In addition to the marble, there exist three goals: the first goal, the second goal and the third goal. These goals are laid out in the form of rhombus.
Lastly, in some Sets of balls like game of bowls, the goal indicates the small wood ball, also called Cochonnet or Bouchon, towards which " pointeurs" their balls direct.
