The glycogénine is a Protéine which is combined with the Glycogène. This protein makes it possible via the grouping Hydroxyle (OH) of a residue tyrosin to fix a molecule of Glucose. Thus it will make it possible to form a glycogen molecule of 8 residues of glucose thus making it possible the glycogen synthétase to add residues glucose with the chain in the course of formation. This glycogénine is not controlled.
