Gluniarian Olafsson or Járnkné Olafsson (i.e Knee of steel ) king of Dublin of 980 with 989.

In 989 he is assassinated according to the Annales of the four Masters, by a slave named Colbain whereas he was drunk. He will have like successor his half-brother Sigtryggr Silkiskegg.

According to the Yearly of Ulster some " Gilla Ciarain mac Glun Iairn" heir designated to the " Etrangers" who was undoubtedly his son is killed with the Bataille of Clontarf.
