Glucuronyltransférase
The glucuronyltransférase is a detoxifying Enzyme being located in the fabric hépatique. It is used mainly for the transformation of the Bilirubine not combined (or free) into bilirubine combined.
Pathology
The deficit in enzyme glucuronyltransférase is responsible for disorders varying according to its importance. The deficit partial led to the Disease of Gilbert and a total deficit with the Disease of Crigler-Najjar.
