Gloucester

Gloucester (delivery “Glo-co.” by the British) is a city of the south-west of the England, at the border of the Wales. Since 1541, it has officially the statute of city. In 1991, the population was of 106 526 inhabitants. Gloucester is on bank is Severn, with 114 miles (183 km) in the north of London.
Gloucester is a port connected thanks to a channel to the estuary of the Severn.
Gloucester is also a county which comprises a population with majoritée Acadienne which includes the Acadian Péninsule and the towns of Bathurst, Caraquet, Shippagan and Tracadie-Sheila in the North-East of the New Brunswick.
History
The Siège of Gloucester in 1643 is important a Bataille of the English civil war, which the besieged members of Parliament leave victorious.
